The MSF, DSF, and MQF series dual-flow solenoid valves are specifically engineered for modern fuel dispensers and fuel distribution systems, available in 3/4 inch, 1-inch, and 1.5-inch models. They are suitable for gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and LPG. The valve bodies are made of durable brass or aluminum alloy, offering excellent corrosion resistance and wear protection. Each valve integrates an advanced parallel-type pilot solenoid valve, ensuring rapid and precise switching between low and high flow. These valves maintain stable operation under harsh conditions, including temperatures as low as -40°C.

Globally, these valves are referred to by various names. In North America, they are commonly called Dual-Flow Solenoid Valve, Fuel Dispenser Valve, or Pilot Solenoid Valve. In Europe, they may be named Double-Flow Fuel Solenoid Valve, Gasoline Control Valve, or Diesel Dispenser Valve. In Asia and China, the typical terms are dual-flow fuel solenoid valve, fuel dispenser solenoid valve, or LPG solenoid valve. Industry insiders also use abbreviations like Pilot Valve, Parallel Flow Solenoid Valve, or Adjustable Flow Solenoid Valve.

The MSF series features a dual-flow design, where the internal parallel pilot solenoid ensures reliable switching between low and high flow, suitable for precise fuel dispensing at different stages. The main valve diaphragm is made from specially imported high-performance rubber, resistant to corrosion while remaining flexible at extremely low temperatures. Magnetic circuit components are manufactured from special stainless magnetic materials, ensuring rust-free performance with zero residual magnetism. Coils are wound with imported Class-F enameled wire, providing low temperature rise and excellent insulation for prolonged operation. When operating pressure ranges between 0.3 and 0.4 MPa, the valve closes the main passage and maintains a small flow system, adjustable from 3 to 5.5 L/min, with customizable flow rates available upon request.

The DSF series features a cylindrical coil head and is designed for high-demand fuel dispenser applications. The robust valve body and internal parallel pilot solenoid ensure reliable dual-flow operation. Suitable for gasoline, diesel, and kerosene, flow rates range from 3 to 150 L/min, supporting multiple voltages including AC220V, AC110V, DC24V, and DC12V. Cable lengths can be customized according to client requirements.

The MQF series is specifically designed for LPG dispensing applications. It features dual-ended female threads for secure and safe gas control. Internal parallel pilot solenoid valves allow precise low and high flow switching, and diaphragms are corrosion-resistant and flexible even at low temperatures, ensuring accurate LPG flow control.

These solenoid valves support various connection standards, including dual flanges, male/female threads, and international threads such as BSP, BSPT, NPT, and RC, making them compatible with different fuel dispenser and piping systems. The valves are structurally robust, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant, providing long-term, accurate flow control.
