The HB11A-60/45-PP series features a durable plastic body that offers excellent chemical resistance to AdBlue while keeping the overall weight low for comfortable handling. The blue housing follows international color conventions for urea equipment, helping operators visually distinguish AdBlue systems from diesel fueling equipment and reduce the risk of cross-contamination, especially in multi-product service environments.

This automatic nozzle supports a 1-inch BSP male inlet and can be supplied with optional 19 mm or 25 mm hose tail connections to match different AdBlue delivery systems. The spout is available in two outer diameters, 15.5 mm and 19 mm, allowing compatibility with a wide range of vehicle AdBlue filler necks. The internal flow path is optimized to ensure smooth dispensing and controlled shut-off during operation.
