The FGYH0006 Series Oil Flow Indicators are versatile visual monitoring devices designed for installation on fuel dispensers. They allow clear observation of fuel or AdBlue fluid flow, helping operators ensure proper delivery while enhancing safety and operational efficiency. The clever structural design connects the inlet to the dispenser’s internal flowmeter or solenoid valve and the outlet to the external hose assembly, forming a right-angle structure with a transparent glass window for real-time flow monitoring.

In different regions, this product is known by various names. In the U.S., it is often called an Oil Flow Indicator; in Europe, technicians may refer to it as Durchflussanzeiger für Kraftstoff; in parts of Asia, it is sometimes called a Fuel Flow Sight Glass or Universal Dispenser Sight Window. Regardless of the name, its primary function remains the same: to provide clear, real-time visualization of fluid movement, improving safety and efficiency.


Material and Performance Highlights:

Carbon Steel: Economical and cost-effective, with electroplated surface treatment for excellent corrosion resistance. Ideal for standard fuel systems, offering high value for budget-conscious installations.

304 Stainless Steel: Superior corrosion resistance, especially suitable for AdBlue (DEF) fluids, ensuring long-term reliability in corrosive environments.

Aluminum Alloy: Lightweight for easy handling and installation while maintaining strong durability.

The transparent sight window is made of high borosilicate glass, which is heat-resistant and oxidation-resistant, offering higher durability than acrylic. The design is simple and practical, with four fixing holes using M6×1 bolts for convenient installation.

Connection Specifications: The inlet uses M33×1.5 external thread (inner diameter ~25mm), while the outlet can be a 3/4-inch or 1-inch hose assembly fitting, compatible with multiple thread standards including NPT, BSPT, and BSPP. This flexible connection design makes the FGYH0006 series suitable for a wide range of fuel and AdBlue applications in both fueling stations and industrial fluid transfer systems.

The fuel dispenser sight glass is a high-quality pipe fitting accessory, typically installed on the side panel of fuel dispensers. It allows for a clear view of the fuel flow status. With a clever structural design, the inlet connects to the pipe coming from the dispenser's internal flowmeter or solenoid valve, while the outlet connects to the external hose fitting, forming a right-angle structure. A transparent glass window is integrated at the right-angle point, enabling visual monitoring of the oil circuit.
