The HBBR-H Series is distinguished by its hexagonal body structure, providing better grip and easier handling during installation. The upper and lower halves of the body are joined by a zinc alloy clamp connector, enhancing stability and durability while simplifying assembly on-site. This design improves mechanical integrity, reduces installation errors, and increases service life in demanding fuel station environments.

HBBR-H Series of Breakaways are designed to be installed on fuel dispensing hoses, and will separate when subjected to a designed full force. The dual valves seat automatically, stopping the flow of fuel and limiting any fuel spillage, while protecting the dispensing equipment. For proper operation, the HBBR-H-3/4 Breakaway should be installed with a “straightening” hose with a minimum length of 9, and the HBBR-H-1 Breakaway should be installed with a minimum length of 12.
