QYB-FT Stainless Steel Filter

Installed at the bottom of the submersible pump to filter solid particles and prevent air bubbles from entering the pump body.

Threaded mounting rotates for easy installation and is compatible with most submersible pumps on the market.


MLD Mechanical Leak Detectors

MLD1: Automatically controls fuel output if pipeline leakage ≥11.4 L/min.

MLD2: Maintains maximum flow when multiple nozzles operate simultaneously; delay 2–3 seconds for leaks <11.4 L/min.

Compatible with gasoline, diesel, and kerosene.

Submersible pumps utilize turbocharging technology to pressurize the oil to levels higher than atmospheric pressure, leveraging this pressure difference to propel the oil through pipelines to the outlet.     This filter is made of stainless steel and is installed at the bottom of the submersible oil pump to filter solid particles and prevent air bubbles from entering the pump body. It utilizes a threaded bracket, which rotates to mount at the bottom of the oil pump end, and is compatible with most submersible oil pumps available on the market.

    MLD1 Mechanical Leak Detector


    Characteristic:

    For Gasoline, Kerosene, Diesel;

    The leak detector will control the output of oil in time, when the oil leakage in the pipeline is no less than 11.4L/min;

    The leak detector will delay to open in 2-3 seconds when the oil leakage is less than 11.4L/min.

    MLD2 mechanical leak detector can keep the maximum flow rate while several nozzles are working simultaneously.

    QYB-240R Submersible Pump Head

    Characteristic:

    Including Pump Cap and Pump Seat.

    Pump cap is the part of the pump head, including the wire connection chamber, wire connection pipe assembly, capacitor chamberexhaust thread plug, check valve, air components, exhaust and joint stress test, pipeline leak detection device (optional). The pump seat is the remaining part of the pump, including pipeline entrance, wire connecting inlet, ol outlet,t and tubing support line. Automatic exhaust gas eliminator, easy to remove, maintain easily, more safety, equipped with a manual relief valve.
