This series of non-explosion-proof electric metering pump assemblies is designed for the transfer and dispensing of diesel, kerosene, and other high-flashpoint fuels. The lineup includes vane pump and oil-guiding pump types, suitable for fueling industrial machinery, generator sets, construction equipment, fishing boats, yachts, and small fueling stations. The pump assemblies feature a compact structure, moderate weight, and easy portability, while flow rates range from 70 L/min to 750 L/min, accommodating small to large-scale fuel dispensing operations.

Flexible Power Options and Operational Environment

The assemblies support multiple power supplies, including AC220V, AC380V, DC12V, and DC24V, making them adaptable for different countries, vehicles, and industrial applications. Vertical suction heights reach 2–5 meters, and horizontal delivery distances extend up to 15 meters, ensuring stable and efficient fuel transfer. Optional configurations include automatic metering nozzles, rubber inlet and outlet hoses with filters, and couplings, providing precise and safe fuel dispensing.

HB series non-explosion-proof metering pump assemblies are suitable for on-site operations such as vehicles, oil depots, construction sites, farms, etc., to refuel vehicles or other fuel equipment with diesel, kerosene, etc. This series of pumps is characterized by convenient carrying, high reliability, quick operation, simple maintenance, and easy use. Usage precautions: Operating environment temperature: -20°C to +60°C, Relative humidity: maximum 90%, Power supply requirements: DC electric oil pumps are powered by batteries, with a voltage tolerance of +5%. DC power supply is 12V or 24V, pay attention to polarity (red wire for positive, black wire for negative). AC electric oil pumps are powered by three-phase 380V 50Hz or single-phase 220V 50Hz. Voltage tolerance is within +-10% of standard voltage.

Very important: If the motor of the metering pump assembly is non-explosion-proof, it can only be used for transporting diesel, kerosene, and other petroleum products, not gasoline. It is strictly prohibited to use them for transporting gasoline and other low-flashpoint petroleum products!
