The HBFT-T / HBFT-P Series primarily consists of a cast aluminum body, filter cartridge, flange, filter cap, and fasteners. As the fluid enters the filter cartridge, solid impurities are trapped inside, allowing only purified liquid to exit through the outlet. This design not only protects downstream equipment but also maintains stable filtration performance under high-flow conditions. Users can choose between 60 or 80 mesh stainless steel filters, and flange standards can be customized to fit different piping systems.

Technically, the filter body is made of cast aluminum, with durable stainless steel mesh, and gaskets made of Buna-N and cork rubber. The operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to +50℃, with a maximum working pressure of 0.6 Mpa, ensuring reliable performance in various liquid handling applications. Different models, such as HBFT-T-50-60, HBFT-T-65-80, and HBFT-P-80-80, can flexibly accommodate various pipe sizes and flow requirements.
