The HB-A Series Fuel Dispenser Sump is designed for installation beneath fuel dispensers at gas stations, providing a secure and organized space for pipeline connections, elbows, emergency shut-off valves, and other components. It effectively prevents soil contamination from potential leaks while blocking rainwater and groundwater infiltration, protecting the internal metal joints and valves. This sump ensures a clean and safe environment, making maintenance and inspection of dispensers and underground pipelines more convenient.

In Southeast Asia, the product is known by different local names: in Vietnam as “Hố Thu Nhiên Liệu Cho Trạm Xăng PE/SMC”, in Thailand as “บ่อรวมเชื้อเพลิงสำหรับปั๊มน้ำมัน PE/SMC”, in Cambodia as “ប្រអប់សូំព្រេងសម្រាប់បង្គោលសាំង PE/SMC”, in Myanmar as “PE/SMC ရေနံစုပ်ကြွပ်အိုး”, in Indonesia as “Sumur Sump Dispenser Bahan Bakar PE/SMC”, and in Malaysia as “Lubang Timbunan Dispenser Minyak PE/SMC”. These names are widely used in local engineering and fuel station projects and may also be referred to as fuel pump sumps, dispenser under-sumps, or modular pipeline protection wells.

The HB-A Series is made of high-strength engineering plastics (PE or SMC), offering a lightweight and corrosion-resistant solution with excellent pressure resistance and long service life. The one-piece PE design or two-piece modular SMC design not only improves installation efficiency but also reduces leakage risks. The top and bottom openings are fully aligned, allowing fast and secure connection to dispensers. Its spacious internal layout supports both horizontal and vertical pipeline configurations and facilitates future maintenance and inspection.

Key features of the HB-A Series include an integrated (PE) or modular (SMC) structure for easy installation and reduced leakage risk, a recessed bottom design for effective oil and water collection, and high-strength engineering plastic construction to relieve stress from ground settlement on pipelines and connections. The sump can be easily opened on-site for pipeline connections, significantly shortening the construction cycle compared to traditional materials. It also allows installation of oil/water sensors for automatic leakage detection and smart station management. With a smooth surface and aesthetic finish, it is ideal for modern gas stations and industrial liquid management systems.

It is compatible with both standard and customized interfaces, providing reliable protection for pipelines and equipment.

Typical dimensions for the HB-A Series include: HB-A-01 One-Piece PE Type at 1120 mm × 1100 mm × 510 mm, HB-A-02 SMC Narrow Type at 960 mm × 860 mm × 520 mm, and HB-A-03 SMC Wide Type at 1310 mm × 1210 mm × 520 mm. Other dimensions and non-standard specifications can be customized to meet the specific layout requirements of different fuel station piping systems.

The design of the fuel dispenser sump is installed under the fuel dispenser in the gas station, providing installation space for the pipeline connection joints, elbows, emergency shut-off valves, etc. under the fuel dispenser, to prevent oil leakage from the pipeline joints in the dispenser sump from polluting the soil, and also to prevent groundwater from entering the area, corroding the metal joints and valve fittings in the dispenser sump. It is a container that provides protection for the joints and valves under the fuel dispenser; It can also provide a clean space under the fuel dispenser that is connected to the ground for future maintenance and repair.
