The HBSMC-1465 Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) Manhole Operation Wells are specially engineered underground chambers designed for modern fuel stations. Manufactured from high-strength thermosetting Sheet Molding Compound (SMC), these manhole wells offer exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and structural stability over long service periods. The outward-flanged bottom design and modular building-block assembly allow flexible installation and easy replacement of components. The internal space, with an operable diameter of 1350mm and height of 880mm, can be adjusted based on the required burial depth. EPDM rubber sealing components combined with 304 stainless steel fasteners provide reliable leak-proof performance, ensuring that underground pipelines, valves, and joints remain protected.

These wells are designed to handle heavy loads, with a capacity of over 20T for load-bearing types and more than 1.5T for non-load-bearing versions. They operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 100°C and are certified explosion-proof (GB 25286.1-2010, Ex IIAT3), making them suitable for first-level explosion-proof zones. Their service life exceeds 30 years, providing a safe and long-term solution for fuel station operations.

Product Definition:
HBMOW Series SMC Manhole Operation Wells are a series of products designed for providing underground space for installing equipment to facilitate the delivery and management of oil at gas stations. This equipment includes liquid level gauges, oil transfer pumps, and manhole covers. It belongs to the category of concealed underground engineering products.

Application Occasion: The application takes place in a first-level explosion-proof zone, and hot work during operation is strictly prohibited.
Preconditions: As a concealed engineering product in a first-level explosion-proof zone, its design service life should exceed 30 years. The safety and explosion-proof performance need to be certified or tested by a third-party independent institution.
Applicable Projects: New construction and expansion projects of gas stations, for use in load-bearing tank areas and non-load-bearing tank areas.
Depth of Burial: The distance from the bottom sealing flange face to the gas station ground in load-bearing and non-load-bearing tank areas is ≥1000mm.

Product Structural Type: The product has an outward-flanged connection surface at the bottom. The assembly and connection of various components are done using a building block joint method. The product has a wall thickness of 10mm, a maximum outer diameter of Φ1500mm, an operable internal space diameter of Φ1350mm, and an operable space height of 880mm. The overall height of the product can be adjusted according to the burial depth.
Product Structure Composition: The product consists of SMC manhole operation well - cavity, shoulder, neck ring, sub-cover, pipe wall sealing components, leak-proof sealing components, and stainless steel connectors.
Product Material Composition: The SMC manhole operation well cavity, shoulder, neck ring, and sub-cover are all made of thermosetting SMC composite materials. The pipe wall sealing components and leak-proof sealing components are made of EPDM rubber, and all components are connected using 304 stainless steel bolts and nuts.
