M-XXK Series Upgraded Positive Displacement Flow Meter is a fully upgraded model based on the original high-precision positive displacement flow meter. The key innovation in this series is the flow preset capability, achieved with the addition of a Mechanical Preset Counter, Preset Valve, and Air Check Valve. These features allow users to predefine the exact volume of liquid to be dispensed, automatically stopping flow at the set volume. This improves efficiency while ensuring precise and safe measurements every time.

The meter still operates with dual bladed displacement rotors and a central blocking rotor, synchronously rotating to maintain a continuous capillary seal between unmetered upstream and metered downstream liquid. The new preset functionality prevents over-dispensing, making it ideal for industrial and fueling applications that require precise, repeatable delivery.

Standard components, including Meter Body, Strainer, Air Eliminator, and Mechanical Register, remain included and can also be purchased separately for easy maintenance and replacement.
