Heavy-Duty Polyethylene Spill Containment Container for Underground Fuel Tanks
The HBEBSC Series Spill Containment Containers are specially designed to prevent fuel spillage from entering the soil near underground storage tank risers during routine filling operations or in the event of overfill. These containers efficiently capture spilled liquids, reducing the risk of soil contamination and groundwater pollution. Available in 20-liter and 40-liter capacities, they provide a flexible and cost-effective solution for safe fuel management in fueling stations and small storage depots.
Constructed with a durable polyethylene shell, the container can move naturally with ground shifts while maintaining structural integrity. The cast iron base ensures stability and reliability, while the polyethylene shell is securely bolted between the base and the cast iron mounting ring. Installation is simple: the base can be threaded onto a 4-inch tank riser pipe, and users can connect either a short 4-inch steel pipe or a 4-inch aluminum ball valve. The ball valve can be equipped with a 4-inch male or female Camlock coupling, and it can also be adapted to 3-inch or 2.5-inch connections for added flexibility.
HBEBSC containers include a specially designed drain valve that allows collected spillage to be returned safely to the storage tank. The heavy-duty cast iron cover and mounting ring protect against accidental damage from vehicles or equipment, ensuring long-term durability.
Around the world, these spill containers are referred to by various names. In North America and Europe, they are commonly called Spill Containment Containers or Spill Buckets. In Asia, they are known as Oil Tank Spill Containers or Fuel Overfill Containers, while in the Middle East, the term Spill Capture Device is often used. In Russia, they are called Контейнер для разлива топлива (Fuel Spill Container). Regardless of the terminology, the essential purpose remains the same: safely capture spillage, protect the environment, and provide easy maintenance and recovery.
Choosing HBEBSC Spill Containment Containers ensures that fuel spills are contained, environmental hazards are minimized, and safety management for tanks and fueling stations is enhanced. With options ranging from 20 liters to 40 liters, these containers deliver a simple, easy-to-install, and low-maintenance solution for preventing fuel spillage and protecting both people and the environment.
