With increasing global regulations on fuel vapor emissions, vapor recovery fuel nozzles have become essential for safety and environmental compliance at fueling stations. Featuring an integrated vapor valve, it is certified for use on the world’s most widely adopted vapor recovery systems, including Dresser/Wayne, Wayne®Vac, Gilbarco®, VaporVac®, Schlumberger, and Vacurite.

Around the world, this type of fuel nozzle is known by different names depending on regional standards and environmental regulations. In North America and Australia, it is commonly referred to as a vapor recovery fuel nozzle, while in Canada it is often called a gasoline vapor return nozzle. Across Europe, the term Stage II recovery nozzle is widely used in line with emission control systems. In the Middle East, it may be described as an eco-friendly fuel dispensing nozzle, whereas in Southeast Asia and Africa, names such as fuel vapor return nozzle or low emission fuel nozzle are more commonly adopted.

Although the terminology varies by market, all of these nozzles share the same fundamental purpose: recovering fuel vapors during refueling to reduce emissions, support environmental compliance, and improve operational safety.

The HYQ-A Series of Vapor Recovery Nozzles are one of HAIBO's premium nozzles for Vacuum-Assist vapor recovery systems. Designed with an integrated vapor-valve, they are certified on the most used vapor recovery systems in the world. The HYQ-A is the most trusted vapor recovery nozzle in the world for the applications it is certified on including: Dresser/Wayne, Wayne®Vac, Gilbarco® , VaporVac®, Schlumberger, Vacurite.


Features:

Safe for Use:
It can be used for use in gasoline, diesel, and up to 10% ethanol blends.
Prevents gasoline spills in prepay or card lock systems utilizing HAIBO's unique No Pressure – No Flow Device. – The nozzle cannot be opened until the pumping system is pressurized, and closes automatically when the pressure is removed.
Prevents the consumer from jamming the nozzle in an open position – Blocker on lever guard.
Flow-Lock™ allows the nozzle to shut off when falling out of a vehicle, and tipping up limits spillage and unsafe conditions.
Vapor Escape Guard (VEG) improves vapor collection.
Lever-activated vapor valve only opens when product is flowing, controlling the amount of vapors collected from the vehicle.
