The HBFLQ Series Fuel Vapor Separators are essential components designed for modern fuel dispensers, compatible with both top-mounted and side-mounted fuel outlets. Globally, these products are known by various names: in Europe and North America, they are commonly referred to as Vapor Separators or Fuel Vapor Separators, while in Asia and Latin America, they are often called Oil-Gas Separators or Fuel Dispenser Vapor Recovery Separators. Regardless of terminology, their primary function is to ensure safe and efficient separation of fuel and vapor during refueling.

The HBFLQ-1-45 and HBFLQ-2 models are specifically designed for top fuel outlets and must be used together with a vapor recovery hose short assembly to provide flexible extension. This ensures the breakaway device at the other end of the hose operates smoothly while preventing fuel leakage from either end of the hose components. These models are constructed from durable zinc-plated cast iron, suitable for various Stage II vapor recovery systems. Each unit undergoes rigorous factory testing to guarantee consistent quality and reliable performance.

The HBFLQ-3 model features a side-mounted oil sight glass, allowing station attendants to visually monitor the fuel passing through the separator. Its body is made of lightweight aluminum with chemical-resistant Buna-N and Viton seals. The vapor tube connector is made of brass, ensuring long-term reliability and secure connections.

All HBFLQ Series models are compatible with standard gasoline fuels, including ethanol blends. They operate at a maximum working pressure of 3.5 bar, within a temperature range of -20°C to +55°C, and support flow rates up to 45 liters per minute. Different models can be selected based on fuel dispenser interfaces and operational requirements, providing both high-flow fueling performance and safe, environmentally compliant operation.

The HBFLQ Series of Vapor Separators are designed to used on fuel dispensers, HBFLQ-1-45 vapor separator and HBFLQ-2 vapor separator are with fuel outlet on the top side and they must to be used together with a vapor recovery hose short assembly as a flexible extension, so that to make assured that the breakaway at another side of the hose short assembly can be pulled apart with valve disc closed smoothly and the fuel liquid in the hose components at both ends will not leak out. Suitable for various kinds of Stage II Vapour Recovery hose assemblies. They are with body material of cast iron which is very durable. The quality is 100% factory tested with inspection markings.

The HBFLQ-3 Vapor Separator has an oil indicator(sight glass), and it is convenient for the oiler to observe the fuel products passing through this vapor separator coupling through this oil indicator(sight glass). It is with body material of aluminum, Buna-N, and Viton. The quality is 100% factory tested with inspection markings.
