The FL-550 Series high-performance electric diaphragm pump is a compact, durable, and versatile pump designed for a wide variety of fluid transfer applications. Equipped with a brushless motor, available in 110V, 220V, or 380V AC, it can deliver up to 40 L/min, providing consistent, high-efficiency performance for both industrial and food-grade environments. The pump body is constructed from corrosion-resistant and food-safe materials, making it suitable for Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) / AdBlue® / urea solution, clean water, RO system water, wine, beer, and other low-viscosity liquids. It can operate safely even at temperatures up to 60°C.

The FL-550 Series operates under a maximum medium temperature of 60°C and a working pressure of 25 PSI (1.7 Bar). It has a suction range of 2–5 meters and a head of 5–10 meters. The pump features a 1-inch BSPP female thread inlet/outlet, compatible with 20 mm or 25 mm hose connectors. Each pump weighs just 6.5 kg, allowing for easy handling and installation. Please note that this pump must not be used for petrol, high-viscosity liquids, solvents, chemicals, or flammable liquids with a low flash point to ensure safe operation.
