The HV-30S series is a compact, high-performance electric diaphragm pump, engineered for the safe and efficient transfer of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), commonly known as AdBlue® or urea solution, as well as other compatible low-viscosity liquids such as water and diesel. Built with corrosion-resistant materials including FKM (fluororubber), PTFE (Teflon), and stainless steel 304, the pump is designed to withstand continuous operation while maintaining stable and reliable performance. Its powerful self-priming permanent magnet DC motor ensures smooth flow, making it ideal for SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) systems, industrial machinery, mobile urea transfer, and vehicle-mounted applications.

The HV-30S pump supports flexible installation and operation. Available in DC12V and DC24V options, it delivers flow rates of up to 30 L/min (DC12V) and 38 L/min (DC24V) with suction capacities ranging from 2 to 5 meters and pumping heads from 5 to 10 meters. The pump inlet/outlet is designed with a 1-inch BSPP female thread, compatible with hose connectors of 20 mm or 25 mm. Lightweight and compact, each unit weighs only 5.5 kg, making it easy to transport and install on mobile platforms.

HV-30S series pumps are engineered for safety and operational efficiency. They must not be used with petrol, high-viscosity liquids, solvents, chemicals, or flammable liquids with low flash points. The pump can reliably handle medium temperatures up to 60°C under 25 PSI (1.7 Bar) working pressure, ensuring smooth and continuous operation for urea transfer in vehicles, mobile tanks, and industrial setups.

These pumps are independently developed by our company. The impeller of the pump adopts a semi-open structure. Since the product integrates excellent structure, performance and shape, the flow parts and connecting frame are made of high-quality stainless steel.  Therefore, it has a series of advantages such as reliable corrosion resistance, easy use and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption, and good sealing performance.  There is no need to install a bottom valve in the pipeline. Before starting work, you only need to ensure that there is a certain amount of pilot liquid stored in the pump body.  

The main purpose:
This series of pumps can deliver liquid with temperatures not higher than 150°C and not lower than -40°C; the liquid can contain small soft particles or fibers, which are corrosive or have hygienic requirements. These pumps are widely used in food, beverage, medicine, sewage treatment, chemical industry, electroplating, bleaching and dyeing, fine chemical, and other industries.  It can transport flammable and explosive media such as urea, Ad-blue, methanol, xylene, gasoline, and diesel.

Conditions of Use

  1. Based on the center of the impeller, the depth of immersion into the liquid shall not exceed 10m.
  2.  The temperature of the conveying medium should not be higher than 150℃ andnot be lower than -40℃.
  3. The PH value of the conveying medium isthe same with stainless steel 304 standard (4-10)
