The HBTJF Series Vapor Proportional Regulating Valve is a high-performance device specifically designed for fuel dispensing systems. It can be directly installed on fuel dispenser nozzles and is compatible with ZVA Slimline 2 GR, GRV, GRVP models, as well as other Stage II vapor recovery nozzles. During fueling, if the attendant detects fuel vapor leakage, it indicates a potential vapor escape risk. The operator can then adjust the internal nut valve of the vapor proportional regulating valve to precisely modify the vapor passage, minimizing vapor leakage during refueling. This manual adjustment capability ensures stable performance in varying conditions and guarantees effective vapor recovery.

Globally, this product is known by various names. In Europe and North America, it is commonly called a vapor proportional regulating valve or air/liquid regulator. In Asia and Latin America, it may also be referred to as a nozzle vapor flow controller or fuel nozzle vapor control valve. The series is suitable for all standard gasoline fuels, including ethanol blends. It features a maximum working pressure of 3.5 bar, a temperature range from -20°C to +55°C, and supports flow rates up to 45 liters per minute. The valve body is constructed from high-strength aluminum for lightweight durability, while the seals are made from Buna-N and Viton for chemical resistance. The internal vapor pipe connector is also aluminum, designed for 8 mm inner diameter vapor tubing.

HBTJF Series offers multiple specifications to suit different nozzle connections, including the M34 threaded model and the 1-1/4 inch threaded model for HEALY nozzles. Each unit undergoes rigorous factory testing to ensure reliability and long-term durability.
