The HBJDS-01 features a 304 stainless steel pole and a robust touch ball, with a pole diameter of 38mm, pole wall thickness of 1mm, touch ball diameter of 90mm, and flange thickness of 3mm, ensuring durability and structural stability. The device comes with a 3-meter straight PU ground cable and a 6-meter spiral PU static clamp cable, allowing flexible deployment within the workspace. With a product height of 1 meter and a 160×480mm signboard, it clearly displays operational status. The built-in 3.6V lithium battery consumes less than 1mA in standby and less than 5mA during operation, with a response time of under 1 second and grounding resistance below 55 ohms. The device meets the ExibllCT4Gb explosion-proof standard and operates safely in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 60℃.

HBJDS-01 Integrated Static Discharge Device is an instrument suitable for static discharge of personnel in flammable, explosive, and anti-static areas. Its characteristic lies in the reasonably designed human body static discharge resistance, which effectively controls human body static discharge, prolongs the duration of human body static discharge, reduces the instantaneous energy of human body static discharge, and enables safe discharge of human body static electricity.
