The Aluminum Flange x Lockable Female Cam-Lock Coupler is a high-efficiency and reliable pipeline connection solution, specifically designed to connect flange interfaces directly to female Cam-Lock couplings. Globally, this type of product is commonly referred to as a “Flange to Lockable Female Camlock Coupling”, “Flange to Lock Female Quick Coupler”, or “Flange to Lockable Female Cam-Lock Connector”. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical liquids, liquid food, and various industrial fluid transfer systems, making it an essential component for modern liquid handling pipelines where safety is critical.

Material and Design Features
This series features a high-strength aluminum alloy body, combining lightweight properties with excellent corrosion resistance to ensure long-term mechanical strength and durability. The handle is a two-section brass design, with a lock hole at the top of the second section. When used with a DP (Dust Plug) connector, the lock hole aligns perfectly with the dust plug’s top lock hole, allowing operators to secure the plug with a brass U-lock, preventing unauthorized personnel from opening it.

The standard gasket material is Buna-N (Nitrile Rubber), with optional FPM/FKM (Viton®) gaskets available to suit different liquid media and temperature conditions. The standard working pressure is 0.6 MPa, making it suitable for a wide range of fluid transfer applications.
