Product Features:

(1)There are swivel couplings at both ends of the hose, which facilitate the installation of the hose and prevent the hose from twisting and winding during use.

(2)The outer tube is made of nitrile rubber with a special metal braided structure, which has good kink resistance, good static conductivity, and low elongation.

(3)Disassembly and repair are quick and easy:

  1. The outer hoop and the inner vapor pipe connector of the vapor recovery hose coupling are combined together by a stop ring. When the outer tube is broken or damaged, it is easy to disassemble and repair.
  2. The damaged sealing ring is easy to replace. You only need to remove the stop ring on the inner vapor pipe connector to easily replace the sealing ring4 ) Strong applicability: can match different brands of vapor recovery nozzles.

HB Series of Vapor Recovery Hose Short Assemblies
The vapor recovery hose short assembly is used between the top fuel outlet connector of the fuel dispenser and the breakaway hose assembly. It is mainly used as a flexible extension of the top fuel outlet. Such an extension will cause the breakaway to be accidentally pulled apart to eliminate the side twisting force, which will cause the breakaway valve disc to fail to close, but it will make the pull-off-force along the vertical direction of the breakaway valve disc, so that the valve disc can close smoothly and the fuel liquid in the hose components at both ends will not leak out.

Regular grade: the working environment temperature is -25℃~+55℃; low temperature grade (LT): the working environment temperature is -40℃~+55℃, with a minimum bending radius of 130 mm.
